Is there a cure for Lupus?
NO! Current research has not developed a cure for Lupus as the origins of the disease remain a mystery
Do Lupus affect all the organs in my body?
YES! and while Lupus affects each individual diagnosed differently, Lupus does have the potential affect brain, heart, lungs, kidneys, liver and reproductive organs in females, as well as eyes and skin.
Can I catch Lupus?
NO! Lupus is not a communicable disease. Lupus is not transferrable by touch, inhalation or any know type of skin-to-skin transfer.
Is there a medication to specifically treat Lupus?
YES! There is a medication that has been developed for specific use in patients diagnosed with Lupus. Consult with your physician to ensure this treatment is right for you.
